Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The product was not delivered as described
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order details or confirmation message)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cash and under the following conditions:
- The returned item is received and verified
- The order was canceled before shipping
- The item was not delivered or arrived in poor condition
Cash refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Important Notes
- Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind returns
- We reserve the right to decline a return or refund request if the product is found to be used, altered, or damaged due to misuse
